These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Grano Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. (“Grano,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern all access to, and use of, the website located at granogoods.com (the “Site”) as well as any order, delivery, or customer-service interaction you have with us. By visiting the Site or purchasing any Grano product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or placing an order.

1. Definitions

• “Products” – Grano-branded granola bars, muesli, and any future food or beverage items offered for sale on the Site.
• “Order” – A request submitted by the Customer to purchase Products from Grano.
• “Working Day” – Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays observed in Pakistan.
• “COD” – Cash-on-Delivery payment collected by the courier at the time of parcel hand-off.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Your satisfaction is at the heart of our promise. We carefully craft our granola bars and
muesli using premium, 100% natural ingredients, free from junk and chemicals — bringing
fitness, strength, and balance to your everyday routine. If for any reason you’re not fully
satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return Conditions:
● Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
● Simply email support@grano.pk or message us on WhatsApp with your order
number and concern
Non-Returnable Items:
● Opened or partially consumed food items
● Products returned without contacting customer care first
● Orders older than 7 days from delivery date
Refund Timeline:
● Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp
● Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or your
original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
Please share a photo of the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery so we can issue
a fast replacement or refund.

3. Account Registration (Optional)

3.1 You may browse the Site without creating an account. Creating an account lets you review past Orders and pre-fill contact details.
3.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep it current.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Product Information & Availability

4.1 We describe Products (including nutritional data and ingredient lists) as accurately as possible; however, minor colour or packaging variations may occur.
4.2 All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any Product at any time without notice.
4.3 Prices shown on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 By clicking “Place Order” or a similar button, you make a contractual offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
5.2 We send an email or WhatsApp confirmation acknowledging receipt of your Order; however, acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the Products.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including limited stock, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payment

6.1 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is the sole payment method we currently accept. You will pay the courier in cash upon delivery of the parcel.
6.2 We do NOT request credit-card details, digital-wallet credentials, or recurring subscription fees. If you encounter a website or caller requesting such information claiming to be Grano, please report it immediately to contact@granogoods.com.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We ship nationwide within Pakistan via reputable courier partners.
7.2 Orders placed before 3 p.m. on a Working Day are typically dispatched the same day; Orders placed later are dispatched the next Working Day.
7.3 Estimated delivery time is 3–5 Working Days after dispatch, subject to courier routes and regional service levels.
7.4 Risk of loss and title pass to you once the parcel is marked “delivered” by the courier.
7.5 Delivery fees:
• Free shipping on Orders of Rs 2,000 or more.
• Flat Rs 200 shipping fee on Orders below Rs 2,000.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 If you receive Products that are unopened but no longer wanted, you may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
8.2 To initiate a return, email contact@granogoods.com or WhatsApp +92 325 977 0797 with your Order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
8.3 Returned items must be:
• Sealed, unused, and in original packaging; and
• Accompanied by a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
8.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned Products, we will process your refund within five (5) to seven (7) Working Days via bank transfer. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
8.5 Opened, partially consumed, or damaged items (unless damaged in transit) are NOT eligible for return.
8.6 If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, photographs, text, recipes, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of Grano or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. User Content & Reviews

10.1 If you post reviews, comments, or photos (“User Content”), you grant Grano a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional purposes.
10.2 User Content must not be illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
a) Violate any local, national, or international law while using the Site;
b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers or networks;
c) Interfere with Site security or functionality;
d) Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect data;
e) Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour toward Grano or other customers.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grano Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grano shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of (a) your use of Products; (b) your inability to use the Site; or (c) any delay or failure in delivery.
13.2 In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Products giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grano, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Grano is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

16. Electronic Communications

By placing an Order or contacting us, you consent to receive communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies, marketing if opted-in) electronically via email or WhatsApp.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the civil courts of Karachi, Sindh.

18. Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grano regarding the Site and the sale of Products.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where practical, notified to you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
