At Grano, your health and convenience are our top priorities. We want you to enjoy our granola bars and muesli without worrying about when or how your order will arrive. This Shipping Policy explains in detail how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, tracking, and what you can expect from us every step of the way.
1. Delivery Coverage
- We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Major service areas include (but are not limited to): Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, and Sialkot.
- If your location is outside a major city, delivery may take slightly longer due to courier routing.
2. Processing Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are packed and handed over to our courier partner the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods (sales, promotions, public holidays), processing may take an additional 1 working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days within major cities.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to smaller towns or villages may take 5–7 business days, depending on courier availability.
- Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as strikes, severe weather, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free standard delivery nationwide.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of Rs. 200 applies on orders below Rs. 2,000.
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal.
- You can track your parcel in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
- If you do not receive a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Packaging & Quality Assurance
- All orders are sealed and securely packed to maintain product freshness and prevent damage during transit.
- We use food-grade packaging to ensure your snacks arrive in the same condition as when they left our facility.
- In the rare event of damaged, tampered, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, so we can investigate and resolve promptly.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Undeliverable Areas
- While we aim to cover all regions, there may be certain areas where our courier partners cannot deliver.
- If your address falls in an undeliverable zone, our customer support team will reach out with alternative options (such as delivery to the nearest courier office).
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available nationwide (where supported by our courier partners).
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
10. Returns Due to Non-Collection
- If a customer fails to collect the package despite multiple courier attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges.
