At Grano, your satisfaction is at the heart of our promise. Every granola bar and pack of muesli is carefully made using Natural Ingredients, free from junk and chemicals. Bringing fitness, strength, and balance to your everyday routine.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be:
Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Free from any signs of tampering, damage, or consumption
- To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back by emailing contact@granogoods.com or messaging us on WhatsApp +92 325 6770797 with your order number and concern.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened, partially used, or consumed food items
- Items returned without prior approval from our customer care team
- Orders that exceed 10 days from the date of delivery
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available if the product you received is:
Incorrect (different item or flavor than ordered)
Damaged during transit
- If a replacement product is available, we’ll send it at no extra shipping cost.
- If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are made through:
Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Original payment method (for prepaid orders via card or wallet)
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Grano will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.
- Once dispatched, the standard return/refund conditions will apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing proof.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
