How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over Rs. 2,000. For orders below that, a flat fee of Rs. 200 applies.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically deliver within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Use the tracking number sent to your email or SMS to follow your delivery.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 10 days of delivery. Contact us at contact@granogoods.com or Whatsapp us at +923256770797 to get started.
How will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
What are your delivery timings and shipping process?
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon–Sat) are shipped the same day; those placed later are processed the next business day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return an opened product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of opened or partially used food items for hygiene and safety reasons.
What should I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?
Please share a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging within 24 hours of
delivery via WhatsApp or email. We'll issue a fast replacement or refund.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it! Stay connected with us on Instagram for updates.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible to update your address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package again. If undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us quickly after placing your order to ensure cancellation.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped, so you can follow it in real time.
* Please make sure you’re reaching the official Grano at granogoods.com. Other brands may use “Grano” or similar names, but only this site can assist with authentic Grano orders. We don’t offer any subscription plans, so if you see recurring charges elsewhere, they aren’t from us.
