● Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon–Sat) are packed and shipped the same day
● Orders placed after 3 PM or on holidays are processed the next working day
● You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order ships

Return Conditions:
● Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
● Opened or partially consumed food items
● Products returned without contacting customer care first
● Orders older than 10 days from delivery date
Refund Timeline:
● Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp
● Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or your
original payment method
