Yes, In fact, muesli can support heart health when made with the right ingredients. Our Nutty and Fruity muesli is made with oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, which are rich in fibre and healthy fats that may help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.

What is the recommended serving size?

We recommend a 40g serving of muesli per person. It’s the ideal portion for a balanced, satisfying meal especially when paired with milk or yogurt.

Can I adjust the serving size?

Of course! While 40g is recommended, you can increase or reduce the serving based on your appetite, daily nutrition needs, or activity level. Many customers enjoy a 30g serving as a light snack or 50g+ for a fuller meal.

Can I eat muesli without milk or yogurt?

Yes! Muesli can be eaten dry as a snack, or sprinkled on top of smoothies, fruit, or oatmeal for added crunch and nutrition.

How much milk or yogurt should I use?

It depends on your preference. Start with 100–150ml of milk or a few generous spoonfuls of yogurt per 40g serving, then adjust to your liking.

How do I eat muesli?

Do your muesli variants contain refined sugar?

No. We use honey, dates, raisins, and dried fruits for natural sweetness. No refined white sugar or syrups.
